A1: This strictly depends on the physical consultation and optional imaging. As per Dr. Hans J., he will be happy to explain in detail your possible treatment options and their outcome.

A2: It all depends on the clinical findings and your current time options. If it's a structural damage, you need to stop some activities to protect the remaining integrity of your musculoskeletal problem location. If it is a functional disturbance or inflammation, you may have to modify your life or activity (like gym or sports) to let the problem disappear. In cases of surgery, you are a crucial factor to heal the repair and allow regeneration of tissue.

A3: Dr. Hans J. has performed multiple surgeries according to his privileges in different parts of the world with different conditions and has till now provided help to thousands of patients with 0% Infection and 0% Complications yet. He gained and trained his knowledge in Germany and USA, with courses in China, Portugal, Greece, Orlando, Washington DC, Pittsburgh. A rule of thumb Dr. Hans explains, that he never does a surgery that does not improve the Life and Health of a Patient.

A4: This question refers to surgery I assume? As per Dr. Hans J., the focus is to let the repair of the structures heal. Not to forget the scars, which need protection and clean conditions for ca 7-14 days. Bone structures need 6-8 weeks for consolidation, but with metal work can do physiotherapy much earlier. Tendon or Ligament Repairs have a longer healing, and re-integrating time. There is always a difference between how much weight and activity you can apply, and how much the body allows without re-injury. Healing time is recovery time and not working under full load again time! In Dr. Hans J.'s Treatment line are some surgeries that are fast recovering. A5: That was already mentioned in Q4. Physio-Therapy is always helpful, from scarring to movement to regaining power, pain treatment and muscle shape, it is all under physiotherapy supervision and treatment. A good surgery has only long standing success if the physiotherapy is part of it.

A8: I use a unique bunion surgery technique (Stoeffler technique with LINK, Germany fixation) that allows patients to walk immediately after surgery without crutches or special shoes. I am currently the only surgeon in the Middle East qualified by LINK, Germany to perform this procedure. I also help expat sports individuals of all ages and sports for consultation. A11: Yes, I always explore conservative treatment options first when appropriate. This may include physical therapy, medication, injections (corticosteroid, hyaluronic acid, PRP, stem cell therapy), bracing, and lifestyle modifications. Surgery is only recommended when conservative treatments have been exhausted or when it's the best option for the patient's condition and quality of life.
